Mr. Pawlowski has achieved the Martindale Hubbell top rating of AV and been listed in the Best Lawyers in America.  He has litigated numerous cases in both federal and state courts involving business, real estate, commercial and personal injury matters.  He has a significant real estate practice and has published numerous articles on the subjects of civil trial practice and real estate law.  His clients include G.E. Capital, Rental Property Owners Association and Real Estate Investors of Michigan.  He is President of Northland Estates, Inc., manager of White Acre, LLC, an investment firm, and former president and cofounder of Good Homes, Inc. and Birch Grove, a non-profit housing corporation.  He has served as Treasurer and Trustee of the Grand Rapids Bar Association. Member of Plainfield Township, Michigan, Planning Commission. Adjunct Professor at Thomas Cooley Law School teaching Real Estate Law.
